I am assuming that a handicap of plus 0 just means that there is no handicap applied. Am I correct in thinking this?

Apologies if this is a silly question but I am looking at a bookmakers website and they have a team at 1/4 to win the contest, but then on the handicap odds, they are 2/1 with a handicap of +0. I’m confused as surely they should both have the same odds?

long story short a +0 (asian) handicap means if the match ends in a draw you would get your stake back.
